Matthew & Janice Greenawalt started Astrum Verto Properties LLC. (AVP) In 2011 to purchase and do total home renovations to neglected homes for resale and rental. In 2015 they saw a need for a seamless gutter business and Gutter Nutz LLC. was born. Owned by Matthew, Janice, and their son Robert. Robert is now Managing and operating Gutter Nutz LLC. In 2016 they created a D.B.A. 5 Star Custom Builders operated this business as a top-notch home remodeler and renovation contractor. Seeing the need for home performance and with the adoption of the new stricter air tightness building codes 2018 they created a D.B.A. under AVP as Airflow Tactics.
